- A tool that find and removes several of the current worms and viruses infecting Windows computers. Check back regularly for updated versions.
- Microsoft Visio Viewer
- A downloadable program by Microsoft that reads (views) files created with Microsoft Visio.
- Mozilla Firefox
- A free, downloadable open-source web browser that is highly customizable through an extensive assortment of add-ons and themes. Highly recommended.

- Site to download new anti-virus updates, as well as trial-versions of Norton Anti-Virus software.
- Opera Web Browser
- Another very fast web browsing alternative.

- A free downloadable utility that allows users to convert Microsoft Word, Excel, and other document types into an Adobe Acrobat PDF file.
- RealVNC
- A free remote-control software package, similar to PC Anywhere, that allows users to control other computers from across a network.

- A more full-featured version of the RealVNC remote control suite.
